But here at Action Links we want to ensure that these don’t become barriers to your innovation.
That’s why we’re introducing a more hands-off way to access Action Links through our new 'Partner Managed' subscription. You can now work with one of our trusted Consulting Partners, who will collaborate alongside you to provide dedicated delivery from day one, building and managing your Action Links solutions as your own expert guide. (Think of it as driving a go-cart for the first time - your Consulting Partner is the friend who already knows the track inside out, and has driven a go-cart hundreds of times before so can grab the keys and take the stress out of it for you).
What do you get with a Partner Managed subscription?
The main difference to our Enterprise subscription is that you'll be working directly with one of our Consultant Partners. These are trusted contractors who already have experience using our platform, as well as deep knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems within the arts and cultural sector. We want to champion their specialist skills, and partnering you with these experts allows you to make the most of them too. They'll work with you to understand your objectives, offer strategic advice on how Action Links fits into your current processes, build and test use cases for you, and offer support every step of the way.

- Paired with a trusted contractor with experience building solutions using Action Links and specialist knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Full access to your own Action Links CMS account, where either your team or your Consulting Partner can build, edit and manage your solutions
- Co-design, discovery, and delivery of your own custom solutions, built by your Consulting Partner
- Additional escalation support from the Action Links team
You’ll still enjoy all the benefits of our Enterprise subscription — including direct access to our CMS — while also gaining an extra pair of expert hands to help you move faster, troubleshoot efficiently, and unlock value sooner.
Who is this subscription best suited to?
This option is ideal for organisations keen to see the impact of Action Links, but are perhaps nervous about the technical elements and looking for a little extra help designing and building solutions using our platform. Think expert delivery without the extra workload. This subscription provides a more hands-off approach for you, which can be especially useful if your in-house team is already at capacity, or if you're still familiarising yourself with a new CRM at your organisation and simply don't have the know-how yet to know how to achieve the integrations that you're looking for.
It’s also a great option for venues who want to implement Action Links quickly and need a rapid turnaround of a particular use case but don’t have the resource in house to get started straight away (even if you intend to get more hands on with the platform in the future).
How does it work?
When your organisation starts a Partner Managed subscription and begins working with a Consulting Partner, we’ll set you up with a new Action Links account. You can have as many of your own team members added to this, as well as a login for your Consulting Partner who will essentially act as a ‘lead tenant’ on the account. Together you can build unlimited Links and add unlimited integrations to third party systems that you wish to integrate with (such as Tessitura, Artifax and Airtable, for example).
You might still wish to build and manage some Links in-house amongst your own team, and then brief your Consulting Partner to build and manage others. Alternatively, a Consulting Partner can be the sole user of your account and build and manage all of your Links for you on an ongoing basis. It’s entirely up to you.
The Consulting Partner is there to work with you one-on-one to advise how a desired solution could be best built in Action Links and then deliver the design and build of this, handling as much or as little of the technical setup as you require.
